Our goal is to help you find the perfect gown for your unique style and budgetWe will begin your two-hour appointment by allowing you to walk our entire showroom to preview all that we have to offer. Feel free to bring your iPad or mobile device with you if you have saved your favorite styles on a Pinterest Board.
Our showroom manager or stylists will show you beautiful pieces from our collection that fit within your budget. Our stylist will bring your favorites to your private dressing room for you to try on. Stylists will help you exit the dressing room where you will step out to our bride and family viewing area with 10-foot wide floor to ceiling mirrors.
We can’t wait to be of service to you and help you find the gown of your dreams at the price of a lifetime. Payment is due in full upon checkout and we do not offer extended sale prices or payment plans. Our staff does not work on commission, so if you are not able to find “the one”, we will happily refer you to our network of local bridal boutiques that we feel would best serve you.

Please be advised that all appointments require a non-refundable $60 appointment fee.

Wednesday: 1pm – 8pm
Friday: 10am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 6pm
Your non-refundable $60 appointment fee can be applied towards any purchase within our salon, including your gown. If you don’t find your gown with us, your appointment fee can be applied to any other salon purchase including jewelry, bridal purses, veils, and bridesmaid gifts! No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the $60 service fee.
We appreciate your understanding regarding our new appointment fee policy; it has become necessary due to the rise of last-minute cancellations and no-shows. This new policy will allow us to continue offering you an exclusive and one-of-a-kind gown shopping experience.
Your private appointment will last 2 hours, and you will work with a Master Stylist. We only take three appointments daily at our exclusive salon, featuring nearly 1,000 sample gowns. In addition to our extensive selection of luxurious gowns, we feature more than 400 different pairs of bridal earrings, necklace sets, and bracelets ranging from $30 to $149 within our 2-story salon.

Once you submit your appointment request, you will receive an automated email sent back to you within 1-2 minutes with important information. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Next, we will contact you by phone or text to confirm your appointment date and time, along with a link to Venmo or Zelle for payment. Please allow us up to 24 hours to call you due to the high volume of daily appointment requests.
Tip: Bring shoes with your ideal heel height and appropriate undergarments.
